"While we wait for conclusive evidence regarding the influence of exercise on the risk of developing breast cancer, we already know that there are many other reasons for women to exercise. Regular physical activity in women reduces overall mortality, and the incidence of coronary heart disease, diabetes, stroke, osteoporosis, and obesity. Also, women who exercise report feeling better and have a better body image compared to women who don't exercise. "
